Bellatrix Lestrange has come back with a vengeance. The Ministry has fallen. The world is not divided into classes, based on blood status and loyalty to Bellatrix. Some wizards and witches getting a bit reckless. Magic is being exposed to muggles. The force that now holds in the Ministry are hunting down any muggle that knows about the magical world and questioning them, capturing them, imprisoning them in Azkaban, and worse things that can not be said out loud.
